Motability Customer
Satisfaction Awards for GK Group Motability, the UK's leading car scheme for disabled people, celebrated their Silver Jubilee this year by inviting customers to nominate the dealers and specialists that they thought deserved to be recognised for their willingness to go the extra mile and caring attitude. GK Group did particularly well in the awards; Keith Boyes was one of twenty five Motability specialists to be awarded a "Highly Commended" and John Allen, Richard Mountain, Eric Wilkinson and Chris Berry were all awarded "Silver Jubilee Awards for Excellence in Customer Service" Neil Hopewell, General Sales Manager said, "GK Group staff have done extremely well in these awards. Our specialists always endeavour to ensure that Motability customers needs are completely satisfied. Our thanks particularly go to Jill Harwood and Helen Winsor for the superb work they do in administering the complicated schemes and their experience and care is very much appreciated by our Motability specialists." |
